Mission & Vision

What

Develop the leadership potential, entrepreneurial spirit and professional abilities of young girls.

How

Through building confidence, knowledge and creating opportunity.

Women only make up 20% of leadership positions and won't catch up to men in leadership roles until 2085. This executive gap starts early. Statistics show girls are discouraged from speaking in class and more likely to be interrupted. Through directed professional leadership training, we will give young girls the foundation they need to go after these top-level positions.

Girls Go For It is our answer to the statistics that tell girls they're not good enough.
